and I showed them to Baldy, saying I'd order them if they didn't have racer backs which show my bra straps...his reply was "you run around with a purple face dripping with sweat, puffing and panting, you pee at the side of the road (yes, I've been known to do that, in France not in Cambridge!) and you're worried about your BRA STRAPS showing????
I've ordered the tops...

I'm just about to start looking at 'proper' short sleeve running tops. I got long sleeves for the cold weather but before that I was just wearing normal t-shirts. They aren't cutting it anymore. I was worried about showing my old lady bingo bat wings - bra straps hadn't even entered my head!! Good call with the purchases. I'll be in SD this weekend I expect
I was thinking about gwtting some compression arm sleeves (or what ever they are called) to keep my bat wings under control, but decided I'd feel too much of an idiot to ever wear them!
My quest for non-racer back running vests hasn't been particularly successful although I did find one in TKMaxx. But my running bra has a clever little hook on the back ring on the strap which links to the other strap... Ta-dah! (It's a Panache one).
My husband thinks I have a 'fear of bra straps' as I instantly dismiss clothing that reveals them!! As a newbie I hadn't even considered this problem with running 😳
Panache sports bra - it has a hook that you clip the back straps together after its on. It's the best sports bra I have ever had and can be worm with racer back tops. amazon.fr/panache-Sports-So...
