I started the C25K in April 2014 and ran my first ever HM today. My chip time was 2:19:26
I confess that I am not currently in a hurry to do another one as I ache too much, but last year I wasn't a runner at all. Thanks for the encouragement I had from everyone along the way.

Fantastic and well done that's a great way to go. I was raring to go again by Friday, I just did a cheeky slow 5km. Like you last Sunday I was hobbling for England it wears off and then you just feel great. Happy healing.
Thanks for sharing this and showing how this program can be the beginning of something much bigger. Not sure i could ever see myself achieving this ( aiming for 5k Parkruns!), but I find all this graduate stories so inspiring. Now get some well earned rest!
Thanks everybody. I'm a 50+ woman who last April was dreading the thought of running for 90 secs, so there is hope, honest! I think it helps if you are very stubborn
