Wk3: Watch out Paula Radcliffe!

Today I completed wk3 run 1, I actually ran for 3 minutes! TWICE! I know it's not the London marathon but to me it's mt Everest and I'm so proud of myself. I can't believe how much stronger my legs feel and how it's changing my whole attitude, I actually want to get out and run. Have signed up for a 5k in September and know I'm gonna storm it (if that's not too cocky) I can't wait :)

Well done and great attitude.

Just be careful not to overdo it.

I love your positive attitude too great stuff. I can be tempted to run on rest days as I am really enjoying the plan but want to stick to it and not overdo it. Just done W3R2 yesterday. By the way I live in Scotland.... now that's cold brrrr!! 😂

Thanks everyone for your lovely words of support. Today was a rest day so just a walk with the dog, but back out tomorrow woohoo! You're all awesome, thanks again.
