You are not a fraud...........you are a graduate, just someone who lapsed and has to redo the plan, as has happened to many of us for one reason or another.
We could remove your badge, if you really want us to, but I think it would be better to leave it there to remind you of what you are aiming for.
You've simply been on secondment to the dark side of the sofa π running doesn't let you go that easily, keep on running Don't let the sofa gremlins grab ya π
I'm the same. Graduated 18 months ago and stopped after a few consolidation runs. Started again recently and I'm now on Week Four. Leave your badge where it is - it's a reminder if things get tough that we can do this π All the best π
Same here, graduated early this year but after a few runs the lockdown caused a problem, dog walk or run? Dog won. Recently started again at week 1 but cant seem to get back into a regular pattern so will probably keep repeating it until I get into the swing again. At the moment I am only doing one or two runs a week so its probably not helping me much. I have put on quite a bit of weight too which doesnt help either. Like you, the 'graduate' title makes me feel a bit of a fraud but I'd like to earn it back by Christmas. My plan is to be regularly doing 5k by the time I reach the big 60 next year.
