Loving this journey

I had to go to London yesterday and stay overnight, which was kind of going to mess with my C25K plans!!

So I chucked my shoes and kit in my case, and went out, in London, at 630am this morning for my W6R1.

If anyone had told me even 2 or 3 weeks ago that I would be even voluntarily getting up at 6am, never mind running past Buckingham Palace and down the Mall (with all the proper runners haha) I would have laughed out loud.

Absolutely loving it, and to all of you on week 1 and 2, stick in there, and believe in the plan, because it honestly does work (at least it has for me up to W6R1 haha).

Good luck to everyone xx

Sounds lovely Sara. One of the real benefits is getting to run in great places!
