Started building back up to running today, after injury.

Managed a 2km walk at a reasonably gentle pace with only slight ankle pain, and no limp.

Doing all my calf stretches and feeling confident that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Can't wait to get back into the program.

What was your injury? Walking will definitely get you back to running again and it will always be there for you.

Pulled calf and Achilles tendinitis. Been out for 2 weeks so far.

I have a great physio. Lots of owwwww massage and acupuncture. Making a massive difference.

I'm really looking forward to getting back to running. Reality missing it.
