Back on the Plan

I completed the C25K last year, but for all sorts of reasons ( apathy mainly) I stopped. Now my employer has signed up for the Global Corporate Challenge and I have joined a team! So, here I go again. I have started back in week 5 rather than back to the beginning, hoping that I can get back to where I was.

My target is to get back to 28mins 15 secs for the 5k, and then just keep going. Living the dream? Not quite, but there is hope.

Welcome back. I had not heard of the global corporate challenge but looked it up. Sounds good. Good luck with your running and I hope you get your time.
