Certainly a smile, not so much a sprint. Nice steady 43:37, running in strong wind.

Thank you everyone. What's even better is I haven't seized up afterwards, given I had some problems 10 days or so ago and it's only my second outing since hurting myself.

Just west of South Parade Pier, the Parkrun starts at 'speakers corner', runs 2.5k East towards Eastney and then doubles back on itself. Over 300 runners this morning

Oh fab, I didn't do it this week - am away in Canada - and it will probably be July before I can do it again. Look out for me then, I will be near the back, I have. 41-42 minute pb.
