First ever parkrun!!!!!!

I've done it!!!! My first ever outdoors 5k!!!!! Never done 5k outdoors, not even in practice. Did it in 31:53. But because the course is actually a bit over 5k. My 5k time was 31:04 seconds!!!

That's very impressive, especially if you are a trotmiller - I hear it's a bit of a shock to the system hitting the great outdoors if you are normally inside.

Jolly well done old thing! Spiffing good time and your first outdoor special too. Outdoors is the way to go. More interesting, nicer smells and far more fun cos you get to see fellow runners whom you can nod "Good day" to!

Brilliant time Well done Outdoors is great cos no 2 runs are ever the same You'll notice things you have never seen before Much more relaxing - in my opinion
