hi I was just wondering if others have tried the runkeeper 10k plans? Since completing c2 5k I have been going out doing 5 - 7k runs but feel like I need a bit of structure again. I know there are lots of different options for continuing running, just wondered if anyone had comments or experience with these particular plans?

This sounds like the same position I am in, and so although I cannot help answer your question I will be watching the thread with interest.

Hi there, I am afraid I did not follow the Runkeeper plan or any plan in fact as I found them all TOO structured and wanting me to do timeconsuming walk/runs which I didn't have time for during the week. I set myself a fairly simple plan of running 2 x 5k runs during the week and then added a km at the weekend (6km one weekend, 7km the next...) I didn't bother with any walking but just went slowly if I found the going tough. I have now done a few 10k's and even a 14k (more by accident though under-estimating the route). Good luck - I am sure you will work something out and it is a great feeling when you hit the 10k mark!
