Just being nosy and wondering what everyone's plans for the week are? Mine are work work work, and graduate somewhere in between (hopefully Friday) I'm also hoping the snow will lie in scotland :) happy Sunday everyone!

Going to Cornwall on Wednesday with my running buddy and my two Labradors. We are going down to look after one of my clients dogs,Oscar lab (I have a dog walking business) whilst his owners get married. Can't wait. We are also taking our running gear so we can experience beach running with our dogs! Excited. Working tomorrow and Tuesday. 12 dogs to walk each day then rest for 5. Sounds good to me :)

Have a good week and don't work too hard xx

Busy week coming up here. Luckily only at work for 2 long days (10hrs each) but then got to fit in one concert that my son is in, playing flute in 2 concerts myself and chaperoning some young choristers in a 4th concert. Christmas is kicking in. Also need to fit in my 3 runs, do some Christmas shopping (haven't really sorted my 9yr old out yet - oops!) and get a tree and some decorations up at the weekend.

Have a good one everybody.

Federal jury duty (I'm in the USA). Hopefully, I will get dismissed and then back to work, finishing the week with my last 5k of 2014. Did my first 10k yesterday, which still has me pretty chuffed, but sore, so a few days rest are in order.

Happy running, everyone" :)

Work as usual this week. I run every other day ( week days at 6am, weekends later ). This week run days are Tuesday (tommorow), Thursday and Saturday.

I'm increasing my running time by 3 minutes each week since completing C25K, this week is 45minute week :)

Hoping to complete wk 9 by next Sunday. Had a bit of a chesty cold so I hope I can get rid by tomorrow for first run. Fingers crossedxxx
