Well I am back again after over a week off due to holidays and man I really feel like I have gone backwards. Repeated W6R1 again as it was the last one I did and it was so much harder. At least I am back into it and I managed the whole jog.

Back again!
I'm worried about this. I'm off on holiday next week and unsure of the terrain where we're going. I'd like to carry on the training but will I cope with a new route? If I have a week off will it set me right back? Decisions, decisions!
I like exploring new routes! Even though I mostly run around the neighbouring village, I usually don't decide in advance where I'm going to run, but just take each turn as it comes and make a spur of the moment decision. On holiday I'd say take your kit; if the terrain looks fearsomely impossible then give yourself a break, but even if you only manage one run, or only half of what you're up to, that's still better than nothing. And you'll get the virtuous glow of someone who's even managed to keep up the plan while on holiday!
