25 minutes jogged today, and I loved every step of it, didnt over push myself just went out and enjoyed the pace. Really looking forward to my next run now, which I haven't decided will be yet! Cause Laura is right if you keep pounding the same pavements it's gonna get boring. π π

Well done X smokey π I've got run 1 of week 7 tomorrow in the very unfamiliar Welsh valleys. Been out walking looking for a good running path that's not too hilly. I found mapmyrun quite helpful as it shows other peoples routed in the area. Enjoy your next run π

I need to do a bit of route planning too. The two routes that I have been running so far are too short now that the runs are getting longer.

Keeps it fresh, ive done the training on a straight cycle path 2.5k out, turn and 2.5k back to the start, I don't think I could of picked a worse monotonous trail to have done the past 19 runs πΉ so next run is gonna have wildlife and greenery this time π³ π³ π³ π· π· π· π³ π³ π³
