Although I'm chuffed I ran for 3muns I actually got further distance wise on week 2 ... Does it matter I walk faster than I jog 🙊

No, it doesn't matter at all. Running and walking uses different muscles (and some of the same muscles but differently), so the main thing is that you're training up your running muscles to carry on for longer and longer. Well done on the 3 minutes - it feels great, doesn't it?!

Not at all. Going nice and slowly means that you will be able to run for the number of minutes required in these early stages. Sounds like your doing fine!
