Much better tonight. 28 minutes completed nice and relaxed felt good I'm not saying it was easy because I need to keep telling myself to keep going as I think I get bored. But feeling much better than Saturday. Thank goodness.

Well done to you! Done my first 30 mins tonight and like you have to keep telling myself to keep going. Good luck with your next run and hopefully will get easier soon
I'm still not finding it easier! But then I'm only running once every 7 - 10 days which is no good. Actually it did once feel a bit better but the only way is 3 x a week. You're doing great - well done. Slow but sure is definitely the best way - avoids injury too - builds up those muscles nice and slowly. This isn't a race. Nearly there.
