If you looked at my pace for the run, you can see it was all over the place. It dropped down considerably when I was talking! Not easy at all !

Hi Vixchile, Yep it was cool today, ideal weather. Did a parkrun yesterday and it was cold, wet and windy. You never know what it is going to be like here!

Unfortunately the pedestrian area on the other side is currently closed so its just back and forward on the same side. Hopefully that will be fixed for the 10K. OG

Yey! Hi there! Nice to put a face and a voice to a name I see regularly on the forum. I had a think about a pic for the forum today, but I'm still scared I'll trip over if I start fiddling with my phone. I'm impressed not only are you running 10K, but you can talk whilst you're running too!
