I've just completed Wk3 R3 and feeling very proud of myself. So far no problems, and I'm actually enjoying it, which is amazing considering I've always hated running (since school cross country days!) and have done very little exercise my entire adult life.
Not posted before, but quite concerned about the step up required next week. Any tips or words of support appreciated!

Just take it slow and easy and the transition from 3 minutes to 5 minutes running stints won't be a problem. Your legs are getting used to this running thing bit by bit.
