Hello all. Half marathon training coming along slowly but surely. Not following any plan but running 2x5k per week plus a longer run on a Sunday which I am increasing slightly every week. This 'plan' worked when I did the Cheltenham half in 2013. Today was 10 miles which I did at a slowish pace due to a niggly back and glutes! All the way round I was thinking "If Juicy can do a whole marathon, I can bl***y well do half", so thank you Juicy, you are an inspiration!
Have a lovely Easter Day if you celebrate Easter, otherwise just have a lovely day. Happy running!

That's great. When is you HM, mine is in May. I did my first 10 miles a week ago and it felt great, hehe once I got over the shock. I am also a bit of a plodder but am loving the training. You will manage it no problem, good luck.
