Finished week 4 of above.....bit of a cheat really as it is the samish as C25k, but I am trying to go faster...no lovely Laura...I am using 10k for Pink pro..this lets you use your own music, which I like..

An aside...who is worse..me for putting horseradish sauce jar on table instead of tartare or my husband for using it😊....Good Friday fish and chips didn't quite taste the same!

Hahaha, reminds me of my daughter pouring custard on her salmon at university because she thought it was hollandaise sauce. :D

Been trying the Asics plan, but finding it very difficult to run as slowly as they advise. Horseradish and fish and chips - interesting!
