Following on the lyrical theme of my last post, tomorrow I shall (much to Phil Daniel's disgust) be one of those joggers who go round and round at my local PARKRUN!

I will also be joined by my 10 yr old daughter who seems to be taking an interest in this 'running thing' that her crazy old man has suddenly got into

I will let you all know how we both get on but I'm hoping to cap off my grad week with a nice time 👍

Just got my 'official' time and got upgraded to 39:05
