Really chuffed. I made a plan and I stuck to it. A really nice feeling!
Had a bit of a tough night and had serious doubts and dreads before I got through my warm up walk and starting running. I paced my self perfectly at a steady 8:45 min / km. Knees behaved very well and it was lovely running on the trail next to the lake. -1 C and calm, the lake was so serene.
On Sunday W6 begins! Onwards and upwards.
