A good run today if slow and definitely hard going. Just 2 weeks of no running does set you back but today I set out to do 25 minutes and I did it....another one of those then I'm getting back to week 9. Watch out graduation badge I'm coming for ya!!

Brilliant.
I had a setback in wk 7 when I was ill, and had 2 wks off.
I decided to repeat wk 6 when I was able to get out and about again, and it was definitely harder the 2nd time around.
Keep going and you'll be graduating before you know it.
