So I'm contemplating my run I'm going to do after work!! Week 8 run 1, increase to 28 mins keep thinking it's only another 3 mins extra but heck it will be a long extra 3 mins !! Wish me luck!!

I've just completed the same run and found it really hard, but I did it. Hope you got on ok, I got some pins and needles wondering if I need a better pair of trainers now it's getting serious!

you have probably done it by now. If not go slow but keep running. If you can still breath and nothing has fallen off keep going. Its a mental struggle now at least as much as a physical one.
