Ha ha 😁

You'll be Tiara, no worries. Smile, relax, enjoy it. This is fun. Go very slowly and you will breeze it.

Don't panic! If you take it easy there's nothing to be afraid of. I found that week 5 was more about training your brain than your body - telling yourself that you can keep going, and finding that your body actually copes fine. So focus on that brain training: keeping a positive outlook, and fighting all the negative thoughts :)

You'll be fine! Nice and slow and steady!

Ruth_canal_runner is totally right, week 5 is more about training brain to believe you can do it, rather than physical. Go slow and steady, pace yourself and you'll manage it no bother at all! Good luck with it and enjoy the feeling of completing it, it's the best feeling in the world :)

I think just about everyone worries about W5R3 - I know I did. However out of every run I've finished in C25K, it is my favourite because finishing it felt like such a massive achievement. If you've got this far you can do it.

You can do it! Remember to breathe and to keep it slow.
