After seeing a physio, who suggested I should start easing myself back into running this week. I had little go round the park, warm up, 1 min run, 1 min walk etc , just 4 times and cool down and lots stretches. Even that little bit felt good and has worked few muscles that have happily rested on the sofa at every opportunity. Got a foot support, my instep was flattening and putting strain on the tendon ( outside of ankle) . Hoping for podiatrist appointment some day.
It felt so nice to be out again

Great stuff Lisa. I too am coming back from PostTibialTendonitis - who knew it even existed. Got to thank my lovely physio for her magic healing hands and ultrasound kit. Next time she also wants to use acupuncture. I'll take all the help I can get.
Take it gently to start and stay away from that injury couch
