Daylight savings time ...

... it was with a sly smile I turned my alarm off and jumped into my jogging gear this morning to tackle week 4, which I completed with a slight little push at the end, why the sly smile? Well I knew the clocks went forward but i "accidentally" forgot to adjust my phone, maybe it still being dark or the fact that my toddler twins weren't up demanding breakfast should off alerted me to the actual time of the morning, so it was great chagrin for me to discover that my wonderful phone automatically adjusts itself for daylight savings time 😂 that'll teach me to try and outwit technology for sleep, anyway I ran for 16 minutes this morning and that didn't give me a sly smile it gave me a big cheesy grin 😁

Liverpool, and it was a tad windy and drizzly this morning, my ruddy cheeks where a testament to that, but I'm not made of sugar, maybe technology can progress to set up a hologram me send it out in the ruff months and let me reap the rewards lol that would be awesome .... I see your a graduate well done, I'm hoping to complete the whole 9 weeks and do the 5k on or under 30mins!

Well done. Just a word of advice - Don't focus too much on doing 5K in 30 minutes before you complete C25K. From what I've seen, very few people achieve that, and if you push yourself too hard, you risk being unable to complete the 30 minutes running, let alone the 5K, and it's the duration of the run that's important. If you're determined about the 5k, try what I did, and if you've still got gas in the tank, carry on past 30 minutes for the few extra that it takes to get to 5k.
