Yes, I'm 28 now, and this forum is probably one of the best things happened to me ever, I am now a better person because of all the support and heart-felt inspiration I got from you guys here. I am still running, on a treadmill though, but I'm still doing it, and I'm keeping extra weight off, and I feel great.
