Okay so it feels like I've mastered the 25 mins just in time. Thinking ahead to next week's longer runs I went a bit further up the canal rather than turning back at the halfway point. This meant when I began the home stretch I was aware of having more distance to cover and definitely got a better pace going as a result. This is going to be my new technique. Feeling very positive about week 8 now - or is it the endorphins?
