I just did it and can't, like many before me, believe it. No stopping short of the 3 minutes, although I really wanted to, and not that breathless. I do have difficulty breathing through my nose, when I get near the end of a run. Guesss I will just need to practice.

I'm not sure many people breathe through their nose whilst running, I don't think I do. I'd treat that particular piece of advice as optional! It sounds like you're doing really well, good luck with the rest of w3!

I tend to breathe in through my nose and out through mouth.

Thanks. I found it remarkable that when I heard "you now run for 90 seconds" I breathed a sigh of relief, which I was still anle to do, and thought Yes I can do this; 2 weeks ago I was still puffing at 60 seconds. I had not realised W3R1 alternated between 3 minutes and 90 seconds.

Well done. I felt the "tips" Laura gave me during the early weeks were there to distract me from feeling like I wanted to give up. She did a good job. :) Whilst I was concentrating on running right and breathing right I wasn't thinking about how long left. I am doing week 9 run 2 tonight and still don't think I breath right. I tend to go for the in through the nose and out through my mouth. You can do this.
