Hi, I just graduated and it was really good to complete the plan. I felt I had achieved something. I did miss Laura and I have been using the 5K+ podcasts and I find them really good. Keep going, do whatever it takes to keep you running.

Get thee to thy local parkrun !!! Make a booking for next weekend (you'll have graduated by then). It's 9:00 on Saturday morning, somewhere near you. You'll find hundreds of other runners; some will be fast, but some will be slower than you. It's the thing that gives me a buzz now that I no longer have to listen to Laura's "Julie" song.
