Whoop!

W9R3 done. Big thanks to Laura and all the podcast people, my wife for putting up with my growing running obsession and everyone on here for their inspiring, supportive and friendly chat.

I should give some advice to those working their way through the weeks but I'm no great expert on stretching, training or gear. What I will say is this - there's a reason why we're all doing this and not playing tennis or boxing or footie and that is that running is great FUN.

Enjoy your runs, enjoy turning the streets into your playground and enjoy finding out what your bodies can do when you let them.

Cheers!

Congrats. Yes, it does rather become an obsession doesn't it - took over my life too much to the despair of my family too. Very well done.

Cheers All - there's a Parkrun up the road at Wormwood Scrubs and another at Gunnersbury Park - I'm hoping to do one next Saturday.
