Decided to do W5R3 again now my foot feels better. All is so far so good, felt niggley but thats alll and warm down, ice and gel all done and still feeling ok. I'm going to do a couple more runs of 20 before stepping up again to week 7. All the positive posts and new people have helped keep me glass half full and injected a good dose of patience (am not known for patience!). Thanks !

There's no rush and it's not a race so you're doing the right thing. Glad the foot feels better.
