Trying to stay fit on the IC

4 mile dog walk with Rico. 8 miles in 30 mins on the indoor bike. Now to stretch. Hope you all have great runs today. Looking forward to hearing the results ;-)

I think the exercises are helping and cycling was okay by the Physio so I might as well do something. Walking was less painful too so hoepfully this won't take too long. Need to make some space on the IC as it's a bit crowded. How are you doing EM?

Going a bit stir crazy m'dear, but the swelling is receding and I'm getting better with the crutches, so shouldn't complain. :)

You're not lounging around then?! Well done, that sounds like an active day :)

i'm back from parkrun (just a tidge under 30 mins, if it tallies with garmin!) , tea, toast and shower done, now off down the beach with George dog and the rain has nearly stopped! :)

Parkrun 29.54 :) it was wet and windy at the beach after all but still nice! :)

Hope you enjoy the rest of your day, soon be off that IC i reckon :)

that's pretty impressive for the IC GF :D no PB's this week at parkrun but a good steady 30:22 :D the legs weren't responding as quickly as they might, think the longer distance run then hill reps took their tool in the week ..

Thanks Rob. I hate being injured and am my own worst enemy. Still a good time for park run though. Not surprised your legs were a bit tired after all the runs in the week

Thanks GF :) I think I would be the same as you if I was on the IC .... I was thinking I might drop a run next week but probably wont ! I am just so addicted to this now and that 10K is so close and a 27:30 5k needs to be done ( wish list )

Good stuff G, oh this IC is very frustrating isnt it ? I think Im going slightly mad .......

Hope you have a speedy recovery, I think my hip is definitely improving, slowly but surely.

We will get there G, time and patience , thats what we need xxx

Hi GF good to have a dog to walk to keep you getting out into the blue. I went miles with my neighbour's dog on Wednesday. I love it
