Here's hoping I have got my timing & distances right for the last 10 weeks - I have my 1st, and hopefully not my last official 5K on Sunday .. aiming for a sub 30 minute time but will be happy with falling over the line without stopping !!

Good luck! Look forward to hearing all about it.
The adrenaline will probably be enough to get you round. I find my race was nerve racking but felt amazing when we actually achieved it. Doesnt seem that long ago when we were struggling with week 6 run 1! Enjoy.
I thought I was not not going to make it on my first - but it turned out the problem was my pace was almost 25% faster than I had ever run 5k when it was just running my usual routes and by myself.
Despite my best intentions, there is something about being passed (and later on passing the now exhausted 'quick draw mccoys' " that brings out the inner sprinter...
If I had not constantly reminded myself to 'run slow..then slower still' all the way around I doubt I would have made it without walking the last part
Best wishes - it's your first time out, call it a 'practice race run' and hang loose
