Wk6 run2

Did this run last night and it was freezing and very windy. It didn't help that the road I run down at the start goes directly down to the beach and it was like running in a wind tunnel. Could quite easily have turned round and gone home to the nice cosy house, but I didn't and soon got into the run. I felt I didn't really want the breaks so I must be getting fitter.

If you can do this run in those conditions just think what you'll be able to do in the spring! Well done for getting out in that wind tunnel!

Did the wind at least blow you home again?

No it didn't seem to work that way as the way the roads go come away on a bend from the beach but at least it was not blowing much.
