Wow, that's remarkably organised. I do love a good plan and that looks like a good plan. What will you do for your other 2run each week? A 30minute and a speed/intervals? Very best of luck
During the course of 4 months you're going to need an easy week every 6 to 8 weeks, so if I was you, I'd plan an a slight decrease in the mileage for one week at the end of March and one week early May.
7% is a little conservative, so if you need to up it to 9 or 10% in order to squeeze in two easy weeks, then I'd do that.
