Groundhog Day

Having just finished W6, demoralised and out of puff, I decided I needed to remind myself how much progress I'd made from the King Edward of potatoes to my current self. I set my stall out to repeat R1W1. As with my first attempt at it, it was really difficult. It goes to show how hard the stopping and starting is, and my admiration for people starting out on C25K is huge. I can't wait to get back to W7!

What a great idea! Going back and reminding yourself what it was like at the beginning. Yes we sometimes forget how far we come from those first few breathless steps.
