I should have really been on w4R1 but been busy working and family stuff,
The thing that I don't actually like is the walking part, it hurts I would rather keep running, but still going

We don't often talk here about doing the walking part more slowly although we're often saying "Go slower" on the run - but you might find it helps. Just as some of us will naturally be able to run faster than others, even granted we're all beginners, it must surely be the same for the walking? I started C25K because I found sustained brisk walking too painful... and still do. Running tends to feel much looser.
Well done Kerry I did my Wk3r3 today
Tell me about it I wet out dressed for the Arctic and came back like something from the Bahamas tops and leggings hanging off everywhere lol
That's interesting. What hurts when you walk?
I also prefer non stop running, I don't even like having to stop to cross the road and keep jiggling around while I wait for the lights. It's not the stopping, it's the getting going again. At your stage though I think it's important to take the recovery breaks, soon enough they'll be getting fewer and you might want them back!
