Catch up time. By January 2014 I was doing 2 hour plus runs and all was going great. Then....we got a puppy!! Nell the border terrier (terrorist more like!) arrived in mid Jan 2014 and life hasn't been the same since. Long runs have been replaced by long walks. Fortunately Son # 1 has just started C25K so last night both of us (accompanied by Nell) did Week 3 Run 1. Nell found it easy but we suffered!!
back to it!: Catch up time. By January 2014 I... - Couch to 5K
back to it!
How sweet and cute, I am sure you be back into it and I am sure Nell will enjoy it too. Good luck and happy running and walking !
Pups take over your life then your heart! Don't run too much with pup when she is really young as she may not be able to cope but do enjoy both new pup and getting back into running!
Oh no, she's 14 months now and she loves running around like a loon!
Fab! Get her into the running then, it will help her blow out those cobwebs.... A good dog is a tired dog! I have a schnauzer who loves to run, just not in a straight line! We decided to run seperatly, but if I'm doing a short 20 min one, I'll take him too. Poor little mite, at 5 miles he was dragging his eyebrows!
Well done for getting back again. Neil should motivate you in the weeks to come to get out there! Where's the piccie?
