Had a lovely run first thing this morning. Was a bit hungover from the dinner last night. Went straight out with no breakfast (though did some serious damage to the breakfast buffet when I got back) ! The attached photo is of the Italian gardens in Hyde Park which is where I did my warm down walk. (photo was taken in June 2013) !
