I done my first run today u do very much like the change for life app, I got my daughter to go on her bike at the same time, it felt good just need to keep making myself get up and go

well done kerry :D you have done the hardest part by starting and completing run1 :D keep at it,it really is doable and you will feel amazing when you graduate :D

Getting out for that first run is the most difficult...you did it and your daughter got out there as well so good for both of you! Keep at it!

The first run is always the hardest, keep at it and you will have plenty of support on the forum to keep you going. Well done
