Good luck for tomorrow. I'm just a few weeks ahead of you (I start week 8 on Monday).

I used to hate running, but decided to try it again as a means of keeping fit over the winter. Having used C25K to build up slowly I now find that I'm actually looking forward to getting out in the morning for my slow jog (so much so that I got up extra early on Christmas Day simply do that I could get a run in before the rest of the family were moving). I've even managed an accidental 45 min run on one occasion, simply because I was enjoying myself so much that I forgot to turn off for the home leg and had to make a rather long detour...

Well done for taking up the program, I never thought I would be able to do it but low and behold I did. Good luck for tomorrow and enjoy it.

Good stuff Kerry, you have made a brilliant decision in choosing this programme. It really works !

Good for you! You'll not regret it.

Just keep doing what Laura says and you'll be fine. I've just graduated but never in a million years did I ever think I could run for a whole 30 mins!

Let us know how you progress, this site is full of people who have been where you are now and gone on to the finish.

:-)
