Good luck for tomorrow. I'm just a few weeks ahead of you (I start week 8 on Monday).
I used to hate running, but decided to try it again as a means of keeping fit over the winter. Having used C25K to build up slowly I now find that I'm actually looking forward to getting out in the morning for my slow jog (so much so that I got up extra early on Christmas Day simply do that I could get a run in before the rest of the family were moving). I've even managed an accidental 45 min run on one occasion, simply because I was enjoying myself so much that I forgot to turn off for the home leg and had to make a rather long detour...
Come on Kerry! You're going to love this....
Good for you! I started in February last year and now actually enjoy getting out there up to 3 times each week.....
well done kerry you can do it I know a few have had problems with the app just kepe an eye on it, the podcasts are definitely good though

Just keep doing what Laura says and you'll be fine. I've just graduated but never in a million years did I ever think I could run for a whole 30 mins!
Let us know how you progress, this site is full of people who have been where you are now and gone on to the finish.
You can do it! It will push you all the way through. But have faith that you can do it. You will be getting stronger all the time
