Done it. Can't say it was easy and I am a tad worried that even after w2r3, I will really struggle with week 3s runs.
Even though this is my third go at this, it doesn't get any less hard!

Don't worry. I'm on week 7 but I don't think I've ever been able to describe any week as easy either. I've always gone on the general advice that if you survived the week you're ready for the next one. Take it super slow and steady & trust the programme and you'll be fine.
I'm just one week in front of you. I too thought that I wouldn't make it past week 2 but I did. Finish off this week, then try week 3. You will be able to do it.
Don't worry EV you can do it! You've summed it up - small steps is the key and give yourself the time you need for each goal. You will get there. I'm just a few days in front of you, and I'm using a treadmill so it's a bit different. Like you, I've been here before. Good luck, and stick at it xx
We've all been just where you are now, and we've all had the same worries. Please keep going, you WILL be able to do it!
if it was easy for us we wouldnt feel so dam good when we complete a run or a week we all worried about the next week but in reality it isnt a big thing ,each builds you gradually for teh following and so on , you will get stronger and your body will adapt , stretch after each run and take the rest days .
As everyone says take it slow and steady and then slower still if you need to ,it isnt a race so dont worry just go out and do it good luck we are all behind you
Well done! Slow and steady and trust in Laura (and yourself )
