Week 5, Run 1

After another delay because of illness, I finally started Week 5 this morning. A bit chilly but gloriously sunny down here on the Surrey/Sussex border, so kitted out in 'just what I wanted for Christmas' short and long sleeved running tops, proper running gloves and woolly hat off i trotted. Although the last minute of the last run seemed to take forever, I really enjoyed it today. The first 5 min run just flew by, it seemed. I was worried the lay-off might have taken a bit of my mojo away but apparently not. Still can't quite believe that within the next 4-5 days I'll be running for 20 minutes but three months ago I wouldn't have believed I could run for 5! Hope everyone had a fab Christmas and New Year, here's to a brilliant 2015! Steve

P.S. I really hope Laura got everything she wanted for Christmas :)
