First post here and completed the C25K programme today with a 5K time of 27 mins 49 secs. I wish I had discovered this forum sooner as it is great to read how everyone else is doing plus a great source of inspiration. I began this programme in October having been off work for almost 6 weeks having completely burnt out mentally and physically and feeling lower than I could ever imagine. This 5K plan in the company of the lovely Laura has really helped me turn things around in my life and I am now looking forward to participating in Park Runs and building towards some 10Ks in 2015. It was a great feeling today as I pounded the pavements past families out for a Christmas Day walk and kids riding their new bikes to reflect on how far I'd come. I look forward to contributing regularly to this friendly forum and will be heartily recommending it to anyone who would benefit from the great sense of achievement to be gained from this excellent set of Podcasts. Merry Christmas all!

Go to the 'all things couch to 5k' to the right of the screen then in there is a graduation button. It will then appear in a day or so next to your name when you post. :-)
