Hope everyone is having a great day. Just back from week 9 run 1 (the one where I had to stop with calf muscle problems). It was fine !! Residents in my village were treated to the sight of a small woman in running gear jumping up and down cheering ! Happy running ! xx

glad you got through all ok 2 more runs to go nearly there now . wait till you do your graduation run , see how high you jump and how loud you cheer , it is the best feeling ever :D
Thanks Rob, I have been checking the weather forecast ! There could be complaints to the Parish Council re excessive celebrations when I do the graduation run !
