2 runs left and I'll graduate, how great is that. I remember not being able to run for a couple of minutes, now I'm doing 30, that is just super amazing for me. I'm losing more weight, very slowly though, but I'm only couple of kilos away from the healthy weight, I'll deal with them, and get that healthy weight soon.
Is it possible to run daily after being done with the program?

Its amazing isn't to think that at the beginning a minute felt impossibly long & now we're out there going comfortably for 30 minutes?!
Well done & look forward to the big graduation run
hi zeidan well done on getting to this point and just the 2 runs to go i think the general opinion is not to run everyday , we need our "rest" days rest days cna be doing another form of exercise but not high impact, some plans say cross training or swimming or cycling or low impact ..
Wow ! I guess you will have completed before the end of the year, well done. I hope Mrs Z is still doing the programme too ?
thank you so much guys, today was the 2nd run of week 9, it was even better, easier, and I was surprised that I lost more weight, only 3 kgs to reach healthy weight now, that's just fantastic. I'm just another person now
Tuesday will mark my graduation run, my parents will be visiting here in Istanbul, I guess it's gonna be a remarkable day!
Marhabba zeidan congratualtions not long to go now!
