Hi couch25k-ers!
I'm just wondering how far everyone cover?
Including the 5 min warm up and down, my last run (week7 run 3) was 3.83km. I feel so slow, but this was actually my best so far!

I dont cover much more either... i'm just a slow jogger :-)... i'd rather complete it in one piece than cause myself injury or knacker myself by going fast just to hit 5k... im sure that will come in good time when i can run for 30 mins in total and up the speed gradually
I think that's about par for the course at week 7, some of us (me) never go any faster than that...
wk6 run 3 I covered 4.26km according to map my run, including both the walks.
Like you I feel I go slow, but definitely more important to complete than try and go fast fast.
I have found that I tend to run at the same pace and find it uncomfortable to go slower or faster. I don't pay too much heed to the distance, but I do to the time I'm running for, or the distance I want to run. I don't bother with PBs, but am interested in enjoying my run and not on the stats.
