Done it!! Feeling like a champ.

Week 9 Run 3 - DONE!! This programme is so amazing. To start just over 2 months ago hardly able to get through 1 minute of running to graduating today is just blowing my mind. It’s such a sense of achievement. The health of my body and my mind is so much improved. As I’ve posted before I’m exactly a year post kidney transplant and I would never have believed this was possible.

My friends and family are not going to hear the end of this. I’m going to be encouraging everyone I know to give this programme a try. The benefits are life changing.

Now I have to keep the momentum going. I’m going to consolidate for a couple of weeks. Any advice for other targets to aim for and how to work towards them?

Thanks to all you wonderful fellow runners and keep going anyone who is struggling.

You are a champ!

There are lots of tips on the consolidation runs and the bridge to 10k on here I am sure someone will point you to the chain (my tech skills rubbish)

Good luck and keep up the good work!
