Well done. Take your time and go STEADY. You have quite a lot more runs to get through before Graduation Day so be slow, take your rest days and don't be tempted to run on beyond the sessions.

thanks no danger of overdoing as I have well and truly learnt my lesson it has taken since march to recover from a stress fracture caused because I thought I could run harder and further that my body would allow. slow and steady is the order of the day x
